In and around town.

We did a few jobs in the house this morning. And some life admin on the internet and phone.

We revisited one of yesterday’s jobs this afternoon, that now completed. The town was quiet, almost no queue in shops. St Andrews looked nice in the January light. The tall bell tower of St Salvador’s was silhouetted against blue sky. The steeple clock was accurate, 3.30pm. We walked along the East Sands beach path. On the way back we happened upon an old friend. Completely unplanned; a bigger queue in the shops earlier and we’d have missed him.

Family are fine. Another pram purchased by the wee family. And the workers are well into the swing of first week back.
