The beach today.

An icy, cold yet lovely sunny day. A local walk in the morning and lunch in our cosy house.

We went to the West Sands later, half an hour or so before low tide. Duvet jackets, hats and more. We brought our Yeti cups with us, and my wife produced two biscuits. We did well. Snow was visible on the hills to the north.

Afterwards we went to town to do some jobs. Several turned out to be problematic. We’ll return to one tomorrow, a further on Friday.

Another cold night. Our little log fire was great support to central heating. And it brings cold evening joy.
