... a lovely sunny but cold day to wander around this fine residentual area in the southside of the city. Lots of great late 19th/early 20th century homes and the magnificent Episcopalian church of St Margaret. 

Update on the engineer's visit ...
No sign of the appointment on the company app so I phoned them this morning. Seems "work completed" was put against the job hence no appointment for Friday. I told them that was certainly not the case. The oprator said he would need to investigate this and phone me back. He didn't phone me but left a message on my wife's phone to say they didn't have the part and rescheduled the visit for Monday morning. And so the saga continues ...
