Tiny People

I had completely forgotten that I had some little Funko Pop dolls stashed away - perfect for a day where I was totally out of photo inspiration.  It was also a good subject for my 70-180 f/2.8 lens.  I think I am going to actually get a lot of use out of this lens, especially when it comes to photographing cats and dogs.

Dropped Jax off at day care this morning and then headed into town to run a few errands, then back home to get the fireplace going before heading out to have lunch with a friend.  Hubs got home from NYC shortly after I got home from lunch which was excellent timing.  I immediately turned back control of the fireplace to him!  I have to say that the last two mornings that he's been gone, I've managed to get the fire going very easily which isn't always the case.  Even hauled multiple loads of firewood without any mishaps.

Still crazy cold and windy today so not a day to be outside.  I've kept the birds in seed and water and otherwise have avoided being outside.
