Ice patterns

They fascinate me but it was'nt a morning for hanging about. It was cold!
I did'nt sleep at all well, sofa uncomfortable, moved cushions to the floor, not much better. Mum was up & about 3 times in the night. I sent Mum back into bed at 6.40am to keep warm. I made a cuppa and read yesterdays paper. We had breakfast together a little later. Hairdresser coming to cut our hair at 9.45am. She messaged me, her hubby had taken her car keys with him. No problem. She's coming tomorrow now.
Mum & I had an hours mindful colouring. I completed one I started earlier in the week. Mum does bits to many, which is interesting.
I nipped out to BT to fetch the paper while Mum's lunch was cooking.
The A38, Haldon Hill, just up the road, made the national news last night. The snow arrived earlier than expected apparently, by about 2-3hours.

Got home at lunchtime. I'm not a fan of housework, but my husband playing Celine Dion, Demis Roussos, Nana Miskouri, OR an ex American presidents funeral on his laptop, and I'm on it. I did'nt get too carried away, did'nt have the energy.
It's med time.
