Up for breakfast with Jamie and Ruth. Jamie arrived yesterday evening after a day trip to Hull for a final follow up hospital appointment relating to the trip almost a year ago. After breakfast he was off home to Wales by train.

Ruth and I were early for her hospital appointment but found ourselves in a stationary car park queue. Fortunately our earliness equalled the time spent in the queue and we did make it just in time. A helpful appointment.

Home for food and a snoozy afternoon. A walk for Meg, food and telly catch up. A quiet one after the early action.
