Another day in the palliative daycare center

Today my first day of the new year in the palliative daycare center. I walked with some of our visitors outside as it was still sunny. Afterwards i entertained with my guitar for about 1 hour. They enjoyed the songs and vibe.In the afternoon there was some creative workshop for those who want to participate. Meanwhile i got a message from sister that mom s doctor want to speak to us. I left 1,5 hour earlier to be in time for the appointement. The doctor told us that mom had a TIA and so the gave her a bit heavier medicines to prevent bloodcloth. She had also some bleeding in the bladder due to the heavier medicine.She has also a lot of pain when the nurses are giving the daily care. So we told the doctor to give mom comfort care , no further painfull medical exams. She will get also some stronger painkiller so to avoid the pain. Also it seems that her knee disc is broken and probabely won t be able to walk around.When we saw her she looked ok. Still she ha sgood apetite. When the bladder is free from blood cloth , she may leave for the care home next monday. So lets cross fingers
