Greens

A cold damp day with sleet and rain late this afternoon. It’s felt like a day to stay in the warm however we ventured to the allotment first thing. The ground was frozen so it wasn’t possible to do much. Later I walked in the village in the dark and the rain. I felt better for it. Otherwise we’ve been sorting out various bits and bobs including a holiday later in the year.

These are the main vegetables we are getting from the allotment just now. If we get many more frosts the chard and spinach will probably die off.
