Frosty Heather

M and I walked into town early this morning, the pavements and minor roads were covered in white frost.  I left him in the hairdresser and purchased some cheese from the local Budgens and then visited our butcher for some of their delicious smoked bacon.  It was good to have time for a quick chat with him as he's normally very busy.

When we got back home I noticed that our neighbour's heather was coming into flower and the frost was just beginning to melt as the sun worked its way around.  So I grabbed the camera for a quick photo.

I'm catching up on jobs around the house for the rest of the day.
