Our parkrun U Bend queen

C celebrated her 250th volunteer stint at Junior parkrun this morning.  She has done most of her volunteer at Juniors and loved by all the runners and team. She was presented with flowers and the balloon and proudly posed for her photo in the blip. 

This afternoon I went for a Gig training row. The weather was cold with a strong breeze but luckily it was dry and we had an enjoyable row. Afterwards in the Little Ship,  we shared news and views. Then home for dinner. A great day. .
