Wedgits

Well first day back at school and work was a success for everyone. Including my students.  I was working with a student i haven't worked with for the last year.  They got on well. I only had to go running once when they managed to get through to the main school.  And boy can they run 

I'm currently sitting in the park while the 2 big ones play. I was hoping to go running tonight but my shoulder has other ideas. I will have to start training though from tomorrow no matter how sore it is. My 10k is in 3 weeks time.
