Sneaky.

I feel like a zombie today. My shoulder locked up after only being in bed for 2 hours. It has felt a very long day already and it's only 3pm. 

It's the last day of the holidays here. Mr R was out the door for half 7 as he has to see a client up in Aberdeen. 
Harp had a lie in and didn't wake till near 9am. 
I let the boys stay in their pj's half the morning.  

We did get the bus into town as I had a physio appointment for my back.  Oh it had a good crack and workout on it. 
The jedi loves the bus. He kept putting his hands up like he was on a rollercoaster. 

I managed to sneak the photo of Xander while we waited for my physio. 

My eyes are struggling to stay awake. But all the wildlings need a bath before bed. So I'll do 2 now and 2 after dinner.
