Cancelled!

Church was cancelled this morning due to the snow. Only me and dog walkers were on the footpaths. The service would have been in the warm village hall but key people weren't able to get to the village.

The Man took his friend to the station to see if the trains were running. There was one, very late which could take him on part of his journey. Thankfully, his flight isn't until Tuesday.

I took the opportunity to have a walk round the village with the camera.  In the afternoon we ventured to Amber Nook to strip the beds and take stuff to the laundry.

When we got towards our village we realised it had been snowing again and the fine snow was lying. I was glad to get in safely!
