Snowed In!

I've never truly understood what it means to be snowed in...but now I think I actually do! 

I had to dig my way out, and back in, because my gate was truly wedged solid after the new snow deluge. 

My garden is more like an obstacle track with snow super thick, deep and crunchy! 

The cars around Queensbury are buried deep in the snow and releasing them is proving quite the job...and then there's the state of the roads upon which you release them too!! Ottie is enjoying a holiday from moving. :-P 

A really fantastic adventure of a day walking miles and miles despite the less than ideal walking conditions. 

Queensbury is looking more like Narnia but I have had my heart warmed by the community spirit in the "village" as we so call it. People out in force with trusty shovels or just giving a cheery hello as we all trusted through the quite stuff. 

On another note, the new series of Silent Witness starts tonight. My ultimate favourite!!
