Epiphany
“Epiphany - also known as Three Kings' Day - is a Christian feast day which falls on 6 January. It is a special date for many Christians as it's when people celebrate how a star led the Magi - also known as the Three Kings or the Wise Men - to visit the baby Jesus after he had been born.” https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/42565054
Postponed today’s visitor (again!) until tomorrow, so Christmas continues here for another day, or two. The festive vibe also continues: opened the last of my presents, wrapped presents for tomorrow, watched the Strictly Christmas special, ate the last slice of my Yule Log (though I have another two in the cupboard!) and am now watching the first Ski Sunday of the season.
After yesterday’s mild weather, and a very wet night, much colder today at 5 degrees, but dry and sunny. Tonight we have another yellow weather warning, this time for snow and ice.
Thank you for your kind stars and hearts for yesterday’s little Rudolph.
