Beautiful Cosmos.

It has been an enjoyable day with a trip to Accrington on the train during which I had a nice unexpected chat with a young woman who was a Community ambassador for Northern rail.
She arrranges escorted group travel for community groups in East Lancashire.
I attended a short course at the Women's Centre, which helps people returning to work. It is for five weeks and two hours a session of team work and poster making to focus ideas. All good fun.
I spent the afternoon on washing and ironing and watched some of the si fi film Earthstorm.
I decided on these beautiful Cosmos for my blip today as they have been a favourite flower since Mum showed me how to plant them from seed when I was growing up in Shirley, Croydon.
These Cosmos are looked after by our Prospects group and they are in recycled planters outside Harwood Road junction near the Co-op.
I dead- head them when I am passing by, and this prolongs their flowering time.
