Blackbird #4

Woke up to quite a thick blanket of wet snow. It started to melt as soon as it was light, maybe before, but there is still a lot of slushy wet watery snow everywhere as I type. Hopefully it wont' freeze overnight. 
I took the Christmas decorations down whilst hubby cleared the snow from the cars and drive and then chopped up the tree to half fill the green bin, even though it won't be collected for a few weeks. 
I spent most of the day on my laptop with my camera nearby hoping that a bird would give me a nice snowy shot before it all fell off the trees. 
There were lots of long-tailed tits flitting in and out and hanging from the feeders, blue/great tits, blackbirds and a robin and of course one of our regular Jays, but not until later in the day.
