Success!

Hooray! The mozzarella was edible! We had it with bacon and sun-dried tomato paste in toasties, and ate them outdoors! I am encouraged to try something else next week.
The weather forecast is still for snow, although I don’t really believe it…it seems much to warm out there. I did see the gritter going down the road so obviously the council has been convinced. The snowdrops are pushed up, so I expected they will look lovely peeking through a dusting of snow…..
Will I be surprised in the morning? Or disappointed?
