Waiting Patiently.

Goldfinches on the feeders at breakfast time.
There was room for another but the one on the right waited for the others to finish before having his breakfast.

After getting up late and then doing some shopping, the rest of the day was spent taking down the Christmas tree and packing decorations away. I counted 101 tree baubles. All individually wrapped in tissue paper and put away for next year.
Takes a lot longer to take down than put up.
The other decorations are also packed away in boxes. Just the banister garland to do, but as I was feeling pooped that can wait until tomorrow.
5pm opened a bottle of Italian red and ordered a pizza from the village takeaway.

No sign of any snow yet, but I wonder what we will wake up to.
