Bike hangar

The key for my on street bike hangar arrived today! Hooray, so excited. I took the bike over and found this notice on the hangar. I can’t open the hangar as I can’t find the app, the helpline is shut on the weekends. So my bike is staying in the lounge for a while longer.
Edit: my friend who uses one came and had a look, and showed me how to slide the bar over to reveal….. the keyhole!! My bad! Bike still in lounge due to snow though.
