Little Munchkins

I did my exercises this morning although it wanted me to subscribe to do the program. However, they did break down the exercises and tell you how to do them but you haven’t got someone talking and doing a countdown.  I’ll see how long I can do it this way for and make sure I’m committed before subscribing.  If anyone knows of a good free one do let me know.

Then it was over to the boys.  Nat was working from home and Sim was off but I offered to have the boys for a few hours and Sim jumped at the chance so he could get some things done.  The boys, especially Hugo, are sleeping really badly at the moment so were still asleep when I arrived.

We eventually got out around lunchtime.  Going to the park . A play in the play area and then onto the field to play with his rocket. A present from Bex where you put a foam rocket on a prong then stamp on the foot pump to shoot it into the air. Good fun!  Then walked up to the canal to feed the ducks.  Last stop the cafe.  

Grateful today ~
