After lunchtime run saw a message from my sis saying she was in hospital. Thought she might have slipped and broken an arm. 

 But she had massive headache which turned out to be bleeding on brain. 
After various scans it seems to be outside the brain. Fortunately her brother-in-law who is nurse was around to help but her blood pressure was through the roof

Stressed out all day with my brother in law wondering to tell my mum what was happening. But in the end was good to wait because operation wasn't necessary.
Spoke to my sis tonight who seems OK if a little sleepy. She's in a super hospital. One of the best 
She's going to be all right
