Island of Doom

A slightly earlier start, gearing up to return to office tomorrow. 
Liz is still worried about her eye, so hopefully can see doc next week.

A shortish walk with Léo who still seems to have problem with his paws from time to time. And he was sick again this morning: a yellow bile  which could be any number of things according to Internet.
Trying to stay positive about everything.

So went out for first run of year before it started raining, and then helped Liz take Xmas decorations down. Everywhere looks quite bare now.
Off now to first yoga class of year.
