The rain is the main feature of our Rishton weather now. It was minus three over night. This morning there was some frost on roofs and our lawn. Now at just after
5:35pm, it is 1c and raining heavily and steadily. Hunter and Holly are indoors. I am watching Starman on Film4. I made some vegetable and pasta soup for the evening meal.
Maria started work again today.
I had a Rishton walk earlier to collect our prescriptions.
We took our Christmas tree down and packed up all our decorations. The cat climbing frame is back in the front room. The cats like to watch over the front of our Close.
The pavement was of a strange frosty texture. Two layers of frost from yesterday and today, making it less easy to walk on but not very difficult.
