Berg

A very hard frost overnight that hadn't fully cleared by sunset, and bright, cloudless sunshine all day. So wonderful to see the sun amid such a grey winter - watching it rise makes me feel so alive. 

D and I went around the lake after work, soaking in the golden hour. Some chunks of ice (above) proved to be surprisingly good skimmers and were great for practising motion photography.

Seeing improvement in my pushup challenge already: I managed 10 knee pushups today, which is my best so far. Some soreness and stiffness but I will keep going. The results are worth it!
