Up close and personal

Very inquisitive!

What a treat to have the sun shine today!  Went for a walk in the morning and then in the afternoon a conservator from the Diocese visited our church to look at a possible drawing/painting in the alcove above our old knight.  He couldn't say for certain without sophisticated equipment but what he did find were traces of medieval paint still in the crevices of the knight's tunic and coat of arms on his chest!  He also found medieval paint elsewhere in the church - samples so small the human eye could hardly detect it.
