New Year’s Day

Happy New Year!

Well, 2025 started off with a lot of rain… It’s been hammering down outside most of the time. But, it’s been lovely—nowhere to rush off to, and the downpour has only emphasised the cosy, warm, snuggling-in sort of a day we’ve had.

The boys have been playing cards and watching movies… even going off to the cinema in Milo’s car to watch Mufasa after supper. I cooked a roast chicken for supper, and most of the decorations are down now - just the tree in the lounge remains, as Raff is rather fond of it. We took Gubs out for some driving practice… he has his test next week, so I managed to make the most of riding shotgun and took a few rainy traffic pictures along the way.
