Old habits

Back in the day, when I worked in the hospitality industry, we were taught to store wine bottles with the neck down to keep the cork moist. Naturally I still do that, even though most wine bottles have screw-tops nowadays - some habits just carry on. I also remembered that a test of being middle class is that you buy wine and don't drink it on the same night, it looks as though I've got past my working-class upbringing.

Back to work today, it was okay, but they want me to work tomorrow too - that seems a bit harsh, I hope that I can have a couple of days off soon.
