Bravas

First day back to work after a week away so there was plenty to do. Storm Henk gave a noisy background to my email wrangling. 

As always, I spent part of my day planning what I would cook this evening. I went with patatas bravas and this is the base of the sauce; onion, garlic and fresh chilli (WCfS). I've made plenty of sauce because I'll happily have it again tomorrow.
