Proof of the pudding . . .

Yesterday I blipped that I had just turned out our first gluten free home-made loaf.  Well here it is waiting to become this morning's toast for breakfast.  I used the recipe on the flour packet verbatim, but the loaf was a tad sweet; I think maybe I put sugar in for the large loaf, not the medium which this is.  For all that we have called it a success.
 
Today I actually got the outside lights down and in.  They’ll be heading for the loft shortly.
