Another birthday, another year

Started slowly,listening to yesterday's programmes about the Shipping Forecast. I did a bit of fruitless research about a possible trip later this year and then went for a swim. If half. Thought about going to BLab for Nasi Lemak but it was too hot.

We went to 163 for Vietnamese and summer shopping and then home to open cards and presents and light candles on the repurposed Christmas cake. I'd had a lot of other eCards and messages as well. I've also now got a happy birthday balloon and a borrowed yoga mat. 

Christmas is over in Gateway, the tree is down and the red lanterns and decs are you for CNY, 4 weeks to go. And the CNY music is playing in Daiso.
