The Snack

Male Pileated woodpecker at the BarkButter feeders this chilly morning. I never tire of seeing these large impressive woodpeckers. And they, apparently, never tire of snacking on BarkButter. The males more often than the females. We see the females at the feeders teaching their just fledged young to eat. He shows up every day like clockwork!
