Happy New Year

We were in bed by 11pm but we did raise a glass of Prosecco to welcome in the new year. The year ahead is filled with unknowns and concerns but we remain hopeful and optimistic • Heavy rain fell overnight and continued through most of today so an indoor blip was required. Here’s a book MrsP gave me for Christmas. It’s one I discovered on our last bookstore visit about Maine’s blizzard of 1952. I’m really enjoying it • In between some light household chores we’ve been binge-watching an Apple sci-fi series “Silo”. It’s really good! • Roasted sprouts, tofurkey roast and mashed potatoes are on the menu, plus black eyed peas for good luck, a Southern tradition ;) • Peace & Love
