Wanted to do something different for New Year’s Day. Discovered a ham recipe that uses the InstantPot. Worked a treat for little effort. I also made a really nice cauliflower cheese (if I do say so myself).

Watched Lego Batman this afternoon. After discovering the Lego Batman music earlier in the year Kara was very excited to see the film. I enjoyed watching it again.
