Happy New Year

A slow start to the dark, wet and windy morning. But a shower and hairwash to start the year (and the day ) was a nice thing.. then lazy breakfast with a crossword and then I have no idea what we did.. suddenly it was half past three and time to get out another jigsaw.. we completed two yesterday and today we did one.. 
I stole a half hour or so to do a drawing of a bit of the table centre arrangement.. so I am pleased to have done something a little arty today. Hopefully tomorrow I will too. 
Our eldest is driving south tomorrow to pick up cat.. no doubt she will stay the night before heading back to a cold boat and it will be nice to hear about her new year party. 
Need to find a good movie to watch tonight. Any recommendations?
