What a difference a day makes

It was very dreich and wet while Bertie and I were out for our walk this morning and we came home rather damp. By lunchtime things began to look a bit brighter and soon the sun was shining between the clouds and there was an increasing amount of blue visible above us. It was so good to have a change from the seemingly never-ending grey, although I think it may be quite a while before we stop paddling through soggy wet ground on our walks.
For anyone interested, this airbus was en route from Paris to Atlanta.
