Get in While you Can!

A dipper being very busy this morning, feeding on the bed of the River Derwent in Matlock. I have blipped these before, but dippers are such beautiful birds and fascinating to watch.
According to the predictions, this part of the river is due to be 4 metres higher in the next 24 hours or so. Good luck to the dippers then!!
