Last day of 2024!

I thought I’d better finish off the Baileys as I wouldn’t want any left when dry January starts, so I had some with my coffee this morning!
Before that I had cooked ham and eggs for breakfast, hoovered everywhere and washed the kitchen floor, done two loads of washing, emptied and reloaded the dishwasher and cleaned out and relit the log burner. Then I popped up to Intermarché (where it was busy) got a few things, and went to the pharmacy for some Vick and cough medicine.
 We need some more logs bringing in but I’m hoping that Mr F does that!
Matt is still ill, and fears he will never feel well again, so he’s gone back to bed. Meanwhile our friends have all shunned us as they don’t want to catch it, and we can’t quite believe that we’re still standing. Hooray for flu jabs!
