Not a good day weather wise, dry for morning walk, wet walking around Hexham, dry afternoon walk, but muddy underfoot. Food shopping done for visitors tomorrow.
Made a sponge for the trifle, prefer to make own as less sugar.
Currently making the filling for a pithivier for dinner tomorrow. Not used this recipe before and it says to let the filling set before baking.
Still got a few Christmas decorations around the cottage but will be down on Wednesday.
Now for a bit of cosy crime on TV.
