The Inca couple

I’ve photographed the patterns on their bodies in the past, but never as a Chiaroscuro image.  I sat down on the settee to drink my tea and there they were in all their glory.  I never did drink the tea, well not before I needed to warm it up again in the microwave.

The afternoon - see extra.  The light along the Halifax Road was stunning when I drove to the Post Office and then the afternoon ended with a lovely pink sky, AND, Jose got in touch to say she was thinking of visiting the Hepworth tomorrow.

Another mixed day coping with my medication - a very positive start to the day when I felt good. By 11am, when I thought I’d drive up to the post office, I was beginning to struggle.  It seems I get four hours real benefit, then an hour in the morning before I can take my next pill and an hour for it to work again.  The worst time is now, when I’m waiting for 8pm (it’s 7.56 at the moment), I’ve been waiting from around 4 pm to take the next one.  I’ll try phoning the medical secretary tomorrow, but it’s New Years Eve and it’s been Christmas. Still it’s nothing like as bad as when I had no medication at all.  I’m not as slow as I was and I can walk upstairs without dragging myself up.
