Hazel (niece) & Dave came to visit today.

We went out for a coffee or hot chocolate & cake was lovely but spoilt by a dog (owner). I don’t know why I felt embarrassed or apologised, but there we are, it was meant to be Dave’s treat out for us. There were other dogs with owners there too, which were fine.

Such a lovely café in Corstorphine, although I have not been for ages as unable & not well enough to go.

Parked at the Corstorphine Doocot so we had a wee walk round the outside for them to see it before a walk through St Margaret’s Park.

Felt a bit anxious about going as don’t wish to catch many of the bugs going round at the moment but felt I had to try. It may be a while again before I can enjoy sitting indoors café, depends on next round of treatments.

One of the lovely gifts brought today by a local artist near where H & D stay.

Forget-me-not flowers with a bee. Put in a real candle for the softer light but changed to battery powered one for staying upstairs.
