Strange looking gate along one of the footpaths on my varying circuits round the community.

Been trying Active 10 App again. A couple of days ago I got 1 min out of ten of the brisk walking even though I had done 23 mins walking. Yesterday I did 35 mins total but 0 / 10 brisk walking. Today I tried to walk the more flattish bits and managed 6 / 10 brisk walk in 19 mins circuit.

Other App tells how many steps & sets of stairs over the day - so far just over km out and about & six sets of stairs but probably more when I forget to take the phone.

Think prefer just going for a walk but not yet able to get far yet to the park nor beach.
