when the boat comes in

Phoned the hairdresser to try to get in sometime in January and they offered me a booking right away. Jumped in the car, and had actually a pretty good cut and no waiting. Worthing fishermen are allowed to bring their boats right up onto the beach and sell their fish from there. It's so wonderfully fresh, but of course not there every day. It's a pretty tough life; the extra shows them selling their wares.
Did most of my packing this afternoon. We're only going for a week but I have enough for at least a month.... I'll reduce the load tomorrow.
