Arm update
As I mentioned yesterday my training is currently very slow, this is in main due to my wrist which is shown in the pic!
My first real obstacle, besides getting off the sofa, will be to get full strength back into my wrist, I'm sure you have thought of ways I can strengthen my wrist........ But once these hooks are removed on the 19th Aug I can begin running!
Before that all I can do is walk, eat well and put a master plan together of how I will beat the marathon!!
