Me today pre training
So as I informed you last week I will be running the London Marathon in April 2014!
I wanted to publish how a very average man goes from a lazy slob to marathon runner!
Currently I am 6 foot 3 and weigh 15st 4 which i believe makes me morbidly obsessed and before my injury i could run comfortably 4 miles!
I have to transform myself from my current run hating fat self into a lean mean mo farrah machine!
I do have a slight obstacle currently, a broken wrist, I will be in a cast till 19th August and can't start training until then.
So I have no idea if I will learn to love running, lose weight or get off the sofa at the moment but got to dream!
