Christmas Day

A few hours after Father Christmas had visited Mrs S was up and away a day shift, running slightly late there was no Christmas Stocking contents investigation before leaving, that would come later.
Another Full English for Janet, John and myself and then Christmas Stocking time.
We sorted ourselves out and set off to walk Paddy, the intention had been to head to Castle Beach for a coffee but only got as far as Gyllyngvase Beach, today’s extra, really enjoyable.
Back home and into the kitchen, Christmas Lunch timetable worked out so as to be ready thirty minutes after Mrs S arrived home. It all went to plan, the meal was ready and served on time and thoroughly enjoyed by the five of us.
Into the lounge for the gift exchange, lots of lovely things to enjoy in the coming months.
An evening enjoying each others company, more food, chocolates, cakes etc the usual Christmas fare.
I welcomed bed time, tired but happy, another family Christmas enjoyed.
