Pig in a tunnel

After pigs in blankets, here's a pig in a tunnel. I passed it on our run in the wind this in morning.

I have worked most of today. The last time that I did this on a Sunday between Christmas and New Year, I was frantically writing up my PhD. This time I am frantically working to a deadline in the knowledge that the week ahead is going to be extremely busy.

I burrowed to the bottom of the freezer for supper tonight: two duck breasts :-)

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 7k run; walking (12,421 steps including run).
