Silly Saturday ...

I decided to have a little fun with the 600mm lens this morning as I've been wanting to play around with it.  The birds and squirrels were all very accommodating, too!  This photo only needed a slight crop.  As did the Northern Cardinal in Extras.  These are both hand-held shots. 
 
After lunch we went out to do some shopping as it's been raining all day and a normal walk was out of the question. 
 
This being the last Saturday in December ... and for 2024 ... I wanted to remind you all that next Saturday is January 4.  And as such is the first Saturday of January ... which happens to be the first hosted Silly Saturday of 2025.  And I'm pleased to tell you that I will be the host!  I will be posting all the details on the Challenges page in the next couple of days ... with all the proper tagging information.  I'm so looking forward to being the host as I simply love this once a month challenge.
