Camping dinner!

Making the girls my world famous (well in my house only) chicken and mozzarella pasta bake. Who says that you need to slum it when camping.

Weather glorious again today. Had a nice cycle in the morning while mum took the girls to the swing park. There was a cycle path which ran alongside the road all the way from Lossiemouth to Elgin. It was in great condition and I passed loads of other two wheeled adventurers enjoyimg the sunshine and no cars. Wish other places could be more like this to encourage people to ditch their cars and go by bike. There were a couple of families and one lady walking while her daughter cycled alongside her. A vision of how things could be for a healthier and safer Scotland with a joined up thinking transport policy!
