Hands That Do Dishes

Here we have Sophia and Grace, busy in the kitchen cooking Dubu-Jorim for lunch today. It's a delicious, spicy Korean tofu dish which I'd never tried before but will definitely be having again!

I decided to Blip these two today before they set off for Swindon, and wanted a shot of them cooking. It proved nigh on impossible due to light and a very pokey little kitchen.

 This shot does give a good sense of how tiny it is, but originally it would have been even smaller, just to the far edge of the sink. Many of these houses have converted the back/dining room into a larger kitchen-diner and made the original kitchen into a small utility room. Yes - that is the bathroom you can see through the back entrance alcove!

They're on their way now. The house feels empty already and Minstrel is wandering around meowing plaintively.
